It's Canada Day!

This year, Canada turns 156, and the City of St Thomas has events planned in 1Password Park for the afternoon, but how should you spend the morning? At the market of course!

And with fresh vegetables, you could fashion some mouthwatering kebabs, rich with flavour.  Don’t forget to include some of Big Dog’s delicious hot sauces like Iron Horse, a beer based sauce using Railway City Brewing Co.’s Iron Spike Copper Ale with smoked habaneros, sweet onion, minced garlic, sea salt and yellow sugar. Or, stick with the classic original sauce, with smoked habaneros, red bell peppers and roma tomatoes, sure to bring out the flavour and heat of a tender slab of meat.

What better way to celebrate Canada Day than to finish the night with our national colours with Red and White wine from everyone’s favourite local winery, Quai du Vin! Their sophisticated and smooth wines are a great way to wind down with friends. Suppose you want to keep the party going. In that case, Railway City Brewing Co. has some great craft beers for sale, such as the zesty and fruit-filled juice caboose or the refreshing flavour of the Crew Lager.
